It's perfect for me. I freeze the bag inside a plastic bag (which I reuse). There is no need for an ice brick. It keeps my food cool and fresh. It fits my bento box, other small containers, eg for yoghurt and fruit. Happy with my purchase. Thanks 😊

    A must-have for Australian summers

Since I bought mine, I've been using it every day for work. When I come home, it just gets popped back into the freezer. It's perfect for situations where there is no or little fridge space (most workplaces) as you can keep it in your backpack and know the food will stay lovely and cold. Once lunch has been eaten, the bag is also useful to cool you down if you're a bit hot, or as an ice pack if you injure yourself. I've done whole days at work (8hrs) and it is still pretty frozen by the end of the day and there's been some hot days this summer.

    more annoying than useful

The carry handle strap is attached only to the lid flap, which closes only with Velcro. Any weight in the bag causes the Velcro to come undone. The zipper will keep the cooler compartment closed, but its difficult and annoying to carry. It really needs the carry handle to attach to the sides.

Also, I don't find it completely freezes overnight, and it's in the freezer for 12hrs, though in fairness, I do live in humid FNQ.

I would not recommend this style until they change the carry handle.
